I’ve been waiting to share this project with you because it’s connected to something incredibly special happening in my life right now—and I knew it deserved a project just as memorable.

I recently earned my second incentive trip with Stampin’ Up!, and this time I’ll be taking my entire family on an Alaskan cruise.

Disclaimer: Less than 1% of all Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators achieve this level.

This trip means so much more to me than just a vacation.

Back in June of 2024, the company I had been with for more than 20 years—Close To My Heart—closed its doors forever. I had been a Maker with them for over two decades, and when the announcement came it was incredibly emotional. There was uncertainty, fear, and the overwhelming question of what comes next?

Then something amazing happened. Stampin’ Up! and Close To My Heart created a path forward for us Makers, giving us the opportunity to continue doing what we love. That’s when a completely new chapter began for me.

Starting over wasn’t easy. Stampin’ Up! has ten times the number of demonstrators, and at first it felt like being a small fish in a very big pond.

But I wasn’t alone.

I’m incredibly grateful for my amazing team who made the journey with me, my wonderful customers who continue to support me each month, and my family who helps at every event and retreat—even packing and unpacking my truck.

So earning this trip means more than I can easily put into words.

It’s proof that reinvention is possible.

And of course…a journey like this deserves to be remembered in a special way.

Creating an Album for the Adventure

As soon as I learned we were heading to Alaska, I knew I wanted to create a mini album to capture the memories—from breathtaking scenery and wildlife to the little family moments that make trips unforgettable.

The Nature Walk collection felt like the perfect fit. The earthy colors, layered leaves, and natural textures capture the spirit of adventure beautifully.

That inspiration led me to create this Nature Walk Mini Travel Album with Pocket Pages.

A Mini Album Made for Travel Memories

If you enjoy creating travel mini albums, this project is a wonderful one to try.

The pocket page design makes it easy to add:

• photos
• journaling cards
• decorative elements
• little layered details

This album includes 10 pocket pages, giving you plenty of room for photos while still keeping the album compact and easy to flip through.

Watch How to Create the Album Cover

Every great album starts with a beautiful foundation.

In the video below, I’ll walk you through how to create the cover for this Nature Walk Mini Travel Album with Pocket Pages and share the layered details that bring it to life.

A Peek Inside the Album

While the video above shows how to create the cover, I’ve also designed 10 coordinating pocket pages to complete the album.

Pocket pages make it simple to add photos, journaling cards, and meaningful little details that tell the story of your trip.

Craft Along With Me

This mini album is also a bonus project connected to our Nature Walk Palooza Online Event, and I’d love for you to craft along with me.

During this event we’ll spend two creative days together making beautiful projects using the Nature Walk collection.

A Journey Worth Remembering

This album will hold the memories of a trip that means the world to me—not just because of the destination, but because of the journey that led here.

From losing a company I loved, to rebuilding with a new one, to earning this incredible trip…this album is a reminder that sometimes the most meaningful paths really are the roads less traveled.

And I can’t wait to fill it with memories.

Happy crafting,
Holly
